📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email once your package is on its way.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders:
    Shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated transit time of 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on your region and local fulfillment center.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

🔍 Tracking Information

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.
Simply email us at lumarro@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."


🏠 Incorrect Address?

If you've entered the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours.
We can update it before your order ships, but unfortunately, we cannot make changes after dispatch.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.


📷 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, send us:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged product

We'll send a free replacement right away.
